Primary lithium pouch batteries are widely used for low-power IoT and wearable devices due to their ultra-thin form factor. The core manufacturing step is electrode coating, completed by our automated roll-to-roll coating machine.
This machine coats active materials uniformly onto metal foil with controllable speed and thickness. Consistent coating avoids capacity deviation between individual pouch cells. After coating, electrodes move to slitting, stacking and sealing stations.
Our team monitors coating parameters in real time to eliminate uneven coating and defects. Each finished pouch cell is tested for open circuit voltage and leak tightness.
These pouch cells can be assembled into custom battery packs with leads and connectors. They meet UN38.3 and CE requirements for safe international shipment to IoT sensor manufacturers and wearable device suppliers.
